The menu will change each week. This is to make meal prepping easier and cost effective when grocery shopping, and reducing time spent in the kitchen. 

       

      Each meal will have the calories and macros provided and as each individual is different we have based the total of macros for the day as 30% Protein 40% Carbs 30% Fat as this is generally a good range for the average person wanting weight loss.
