OUR STORY

The Make it Fit program was inspired by our own journeys and having our own coaches who had put us on super low calorie diets restricting us from all our favourite foods leaving us feeling fed up with our diets and always giving up as they were never sustainable. Growing up in a time where you were younger reading “celebrity 800 calorie diet” “Victoria’s secret model diet “ “how to get skinny for summer” and leaving us with a bad relationship with ourselves and with certain foods we labelled as “bad”.

We are here to break the cycle and show clients that you can live a life thats sustainable to you while reaching your goals whether it is changing your mindset around food and showing you how to eat delicious foods while fuelling your body and feeling good or if you have specific body composition goals. Our program takes the stress out of having to track yourself and worrying about what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinners as we do all the work for you. Also helping you meet your personalised macro goals. We have created over a wide range of different meals and desserts allowing our clients to choose the foods they love the most. Fussy eaters look no further! There is something for everyone!
